Exchanges & Returns

ENJOY FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGES (U.S. ONLY).

We’ll cover the cost of getting your item back to us and shipping your new item out to you.

All exchange or return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Virence, every piece is created intentionally. Because of that, we ask that all returned items be treated with care and sent back in the same condition they were received.

For exchanges within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For store credit returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International orders are not eligible for prepaid return labels.

We currently offer:

  • exchanges

  • store credit returns

We do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit return, items must:

  • be unworn

  • be unwashed

  • be undamaged

  • have original tags attached

  • be returned in original packaging

We cannot accept items that:

  • contain animal or human hair

  • smell of smoke, cologne, detergent, or deodorant

  • contain stains or visible wear

  • have been washed or altered in any way

Virence reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Please carefully review your return request before submitting it, as changes cannot be made once the request has been processed.

Any package returned without identifying information — including order number, customer name, email, or packing slip — may be rejected and restocked.

If there is a remaining balance due for an exchange, payment must be completed before the replacement item is shipped.

If a balance is owed back to you, it will be issued as store credit.

Because many Virence releases are intentionally limited and individually numbered, certain items may not be eligible for replacement once sold out.
